I have had a number of MDA facials at other clinics and the facials I have had at Trueskin are by far the most thorough and its the first time I have seen results since having MDA. I also think the skin analysis service is great and good to see your skin pre and post treatment to see the results (especially as some people tend to forget the condition of their skin pre treatment)

The main reason that I like Trueskin is that I have seen how much my skin has improved since ive started to use your product; and I also know that not everything that suits my skin will suit others, but the fact that in your clinic you do skin test for everyone and you will suggest what is best for every individual; which in my opinion is something that every skin care clininc should do:)!!

Being treated in a pleasant ordinary way with an element of selling involved but not pressurised which would turn me off to anything said. I liked the fact that things were pointed out all the time but no pressure involved. At my age I like to be pointed out the benefits but any pressure would immediately turn me off a product. I can decide for myself whether or not to buy.

Very professional therapists yet still very friendly and approachable. Are not guilty of overselling. I had a microdermabrasion and a dermaroller treatment. I found the dermaroller fairly uncomfortable but the results were truly amazing. Several of my friends commented on how good my skin looked and what had I done to it. However I think the treatment itself would be better if the therapists advice the clients to use Emla cream on the face before having it done which would reduce the discomfort.

I had bad acne scarring on jaw line which left me with deep scars that were easily congested I required monthly extraction facials as the blackheads formed quite quickly. I have had a number of MDA facials at different clinic in the past and not only have the results with Trueskin been the best, their prices are also very affordable. The therapists at Trueskin are by far the most thorough and professional I have dealt with. The are extremely helpful with recommending the best products for your skin type.

Seeing my skin under the microscope pre-treatment was quite an eye opener (i.e. dehydration, pigmentation, fine lines, scarring etc) and am looking forward to seeing the difference after my last facial in a couple of weeks. I have had 2 courses of 6 facials in total and that has been sufficient. There is no longer congestion on my jaw line and the thick scar tissue has been smoothed out. I would highly recommend Trueskin to everyone.

I am only into 2 of 6 treatments but so far my experience has been good. There is an element of sales talk about the products that might benefit your treatment but I have not experienced any pressure, you are free to make your own commitment to any further purchases. The treatments I have received have been pleasant, relaxing and hopeful, as I say only 2 of the 6, yet experienced, threid vein and rejuvenation results yet to be determined.

I visited Trueskin a few months ago after coming across them in Bentalls Department store, Kingston. Trueskin offer a free skin analysis using a scanner (similar to ones on the TV makeover programs). I found the results of the scan really interesting because in the past I have been told conflicting information from other beauty clinics about what type of skin I have. At the end of the analysis I got a print out of the results ( skin type, number of wrinkles (not so good to know :)), bacteria levels (thankfully this was very low) etc). On the back of the analysis the therapist recommended products & treatments that would improve the condition of my skin and suggested that I come back for a review in a few months. I've been using the dermaquest B5 serum which is very hydrating and my skin feels and looks great. I need to go back for my review in a couple of weeks but given my experience to date I would definitely recommend Trueskin as the service, products and staff were fantastic.

I've suffered from acne most of my life and I have tried many different types of products with no result. Then I remembered that a friend of mine had a treatment for her skin problem at Trueskin. She talked very positively about their professionalism and she is so happy about her perfect looking skin. So I made an appointment with Trueskin. First you go to a free consultation where they find out which treatment is best for you. After the treatment I was recommended to use their products Dermaquest which are easy to use and the result is perfect! My skin is clean and looks amazing, I'm so happy. The treatment and product from Trueskin is well worth the money, and I have never before had so beautiful looking skin. So I can warmly recommend Trueskin to everybody with any kind of skin problem.

I recently was shopping in Bluewater when I saw a sign to the new 'True Skin Medispa'. I was looking to book a spa trip for a few girlfriends anyway and so to find one in Bluewater was PERFECT! I had a look around the spa with a really friendly staff member (her badge said Lisa) who was an expert with great knowledge of all the treatments the spa offers! Seeing as I was there I took advantage of their free skin consultation and also squeezed in a Microdermabrasion facial! Needless to say...I will be returning!
